I created the end credit motion for the short film NAMU: Tree.
This project focuses on closing the narrative and emotional arc of the film, using key visuals based on important scenes and symbolic objects.

NAMU: Tree는 한국계 캐나다인 학생이 자신의 뿌리를 찾기 위해 한국을 방문하면서 시작되는 호러 영화입니다.
여행 중 구매한 물건을 통해 의도치 않게 혼을 부르는 의식이 이루어지고, 이후 벌어지는 사건들을 다룹니다.
이야기는 할아버지의 영혼이 등장해 주인공을 악귀로부터 구하는 장면으로 마무리됩니다.

NAMU: Tree is a horror short film about a Korean-Canadian student who travels to Korea to explore their roots.
After purchasing an object during the trip, they unknowingly perform a ritual that summons spirits, leading to a series of supernatural events.
The story concludes with the grandfather’s spirit protecting the protagonist from an evil entity.

디자인 컨셉 (Design Concept)
감독은 크레파스 질감이 느껴지는 텍스처와,
완성도가 높지 않은 듯한 어린아이의 낙서 같은 표현을 원했습니다.

The director requested a crayon-like texture and visuals that feel raw and imperfect—
similar to drawings made by a child.
Based on this direction, I developed a style that uses rough textures and simplified forms
to emphasize a primitive and unsettling atmosphere.

영화의 핵심 장면과 상징적인 오브제를 기반으로

The key visuals were developed based on important scenes and symbolic objects from the film.
Each element was designed to maintain the emotional resonance of the story
while sustaining the tension typical of the horror genre.
